  • The region’s industrial market conditions are also very healthy, with 417,488 sq. ft. of positive absorption and vacancy rates dipping to 3.4% in H2 2018. 
  • The retail market conditions remain strong, with over 500,000 sq. ft. of net absorption in  H2 2018, and nearly 1 million sq. ft. of positive occupancy gains for the 2018.
