•The direct vacancy rate in O’Hare is down 77 basis points (bps) quarter-over-quarter, and over 232 bps year-over-year.

 

•Class C inventory saw over 450,000 sq. ft. of positive absorption in 2018, and a direct vacancy decrease of 264 bps.
